Changed your mind?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at mitchellagoma@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions and do not send products back to the supplier.

Return condition

Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will explain the next step and cover reasonable return delivery costs when the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the credit.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
